What Next?Representative

Once you have decided to begin service, a representative from Brighter Days Cleaning Services will do a walk-through of your home or office. We’ll explain how we will clean each area, and you can tell us any special preferences you might have. At the end of the tour, we’ll provide you a written estimate outlining your costs according to your preferred cleaning schedule.

Your initial cleaning will be a deep cleaning to bring your home or office up maintenance level. This cleaning will be charged hourly, and your Brighter Days representative will provide an estimate of hours and cost at your initial consultation.

If you need to cancel a cleaning service or reschedule, just call us in advance. We appreciate a 48-hour notice, but we do understand that some situations are just unavoidable. When shorter notice is given, however, we reserve the right charge a small fee at our discretion.

Most of our customers prefer to supply their own particular cleaning products. However, if your busy schedule does not permit this, we will bring our own cleaning products for a small fee. We normally schedule a specific timeframe for your service, but if you feel you need some extra cleaning, just call us in advance to schedule the extra time.

Preparing for Your Brighter Days Cleaning Service

We make this simple for you! All you need to do is:

  • remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces,
  • find a good spot for your pets so they are comfortable while we clean,
  • put out clean sheets if we will be changing your linens, and
  • leave us any special cleaning instructions.

We do the rest! There is no need for you to spend any time cleaning before we arrive!

Since most customers are either at work when we arrive at a home, or plan to be out, they often leave us the security code and/or a spare key. We are licensed and bonded, so you will have no need to worry. It is easier for us to clean when there is nobody at home, however, we are always very happy to work around you.

What to Expect After the Clean 

After the initial visit, your Brighter Days Cleaning Services representative will call to follow up. We want your honest feedback on the service! We work hard to ensure our customers are happy with your service. However, if for any reason we don’t meet your expectations, we will come back and fulfill our guarantee on our work. Just notify us within 24 hours about any issue at all, including any oversight or misunderstanding regarding the specification of your cleaning plan.

If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, then we will make every effort to repair, or when necessary, replace the damaged item. That’s because we provide all the necessary insurance to protect your home, property and our employees.
